Our Return policy is very straight and easy. If you are not satisfied then within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (if any), you may return any of the following items and get almost full refund (deducting the credit card / debit card/ net banking/ cash card/ mobile payment processing charge/ or any type of payment gateway processing charge if any). We may even refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our Mistake. You may also cancel your order for unprocessed items/spiritual events after 45 days of placing your order and get full refund. Sometimes it may be possible that due to some unavoidable circumstances your order may take some more longer time to process, hope you will be forgiving regarding this situation to us.



Refunds

We'll notify you by e-mail regarding your refund after receiving the returned item. You can expect a refund within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we will refund shipping costs only if the return is occured as a result of our mistake.

Packing and Sending Your Return

Kindly indicate the reason for your return and send the item to us in secured & safe mode. Don't forget to include the packing slip (if any) with your return.
